Savor the Collaboration: Downtown Huntsville Establishments Unite During Culinary Month

These downtown establishments are partnering together to bring delicious creations to the Rocket City, just in time for Huntsville Culinary Month!
Straight to Ale and Pizzelle’s- These two establishments worked together to combine everyone’s two favorite things- chocolate and beer! For a limited time, you can indulge in Pizzelle’s newest bonbon, the Straight to Ale Fruit Sour. The chocolate has a layer of apricot peach sour pate de fruit with a layer of white chocolate vanilla bean sour ganache. Stop by and try it at Straight to Ale or Pizzelle’s.
BeeZr and Big Oh’s- Calling all Bulgogi lovers! BeeZr and Big Oh’s partnered together to create a mouth-watering dish for Huntsville Restaurant Week. The Bulgogi Pizza is topped with thin-sliced ribeye made with Big Oh’s Bulgogi marinade, onions, mushrooms, Big Oh’s Beef & Leaf sauce, scallions, and cotija cheese!
Old Town Beer Exchange and Catch 25- OTBX is now offering order and delivery from Catch 25! Stop in and savor their new food menu, which consists of oysters, wings, and more, while also enjoying the great beers they have on tap.
Jack Brown’s and Big Oh’s- Another delicious Bulgogi dish, Jack Brown’s is serving up the Big Oh’s Bulgogi Burger for Huntsville Restaurant Week. The burger is a Korean BBQ marinated beef patty topped with cabbage slaw, Big Oh’s Beef & Leaf Sauce, and Big Oh’s Bulgogi sauce.
